Plot Network was founded to address two recurring problems in real estate: fragmented information and the gap between online discovery and dependable local execution. Drawing on business experience and ground-level exposure to the real-estate sector, Shivram developed a hybrid model that combines technology, structured processes and accountable local support.
The objective is to create a connected ecosystem where buyers, sellers, brokers, developers and local professionals can participate through a common platform while local Territory Partners support execution in their respective markets.

Plot Network does not treat every listing as automatically ‘verified’. Property status should reflect the checks actually completed. Depending on the property and stage of the transaction, the platform may use clear status descriptions.
Physical checks, document review and legal/title opinions are different activities. A physical site visit does not by itself establish legal title, and a formal legal or title opinion, where required, is provided by a qualified legal professional.

Plot Network Property Passport
Plot Network is developing a Property Passport framework intended to provide a structured, dated record of property and transaction-related checks completed through the Plot Network process. The planned framework may include a unique Property Passport ID or QR-linked digital record, with the scope and status of completed checks clearly identified. This feature will be introduced after the workflow is operationally tested.
Territory Partner Standards
Plot Network is building a network of active local Territory Partners who operate in defined markets. Territory Partners are expected to follow Plot Network's onboarding, process, reporting and customer-service standards. Applicable service charges or commissions should be communicated transparently; specific commercial structures may vary by service and transaction.
