9. Property Documents and Sensitive Information
Property and identity-related documents can contain sensitive information. Plot Network will seek to restrict access to such material to persons who require it for the relevant service. Public-facing property pages should use redacted or limited information where appropriate rather than exposing full documents or unnecessary personal identifiers.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and our operations, including access controls, account security, role-based access where implemented, backups and service-provider controls. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data that is no longer required should be deleted, anonymized or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements.
12. Your Rights and Requests
Subject to applicable law and its commencement provisions, you may request information about your personal data, seek correction or updating of inaccurate data, request erasure where applicable, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and raise a grievance regarding our processing. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
13. Children
Plot Network's real-estate services are not intended to be independently used by children for property transactions. Where personal data relating to a child is processed, Plot Network will follow applicable legal requirements, including requirements concerning verifiable parental or guardian consent when they apply.
